Naturopathy encompasses both Nutritional and Herbal Medicine but may employ other modalities in your consultation which may include Homeopathy, Massage and Iridology.

As a practitioner, the use of these modalities are to be used as a complementary and preventative means only.  The treatments are designed to work alongside any current protocols you may have with your primary health provider.  Any changes to treatment protocols are to be discussed with your doctor.

How do I know the practitioner I go to is qualified?

A fully qualified practitioner requires a minimum qualification of an Advanced Diploma in the particular services they are offering such as Nutrition, Herbal Medicine or Naturopathy.

Must be a member of an association that allows practitioners to provide rebates from most private health funds
